NIFIB Clearing & Forwarding was registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission, on the 1st of November, 2017 to carry out business as Customs Freight Forwarding and Clearing Agents amongst others in the shipping sector. The company has since been operating businesses under strict compliant with Customs Regulations and Ports and Government Rules, recognized in All Nigerian Sea Ports and Air Ports including the Free Zones establishments/Authorities.
With our professional and competent staff personnel, we offer comprehensive range of services, such as air and sea freights, FCL, LCL and Break-Bulk, Project Equipment and Machinery; provide professional advice to Clients, meticulously documenting Customs Papers, offers immediate solutions to unforeseen hitches during the processes and ensure timely completion of Customs releases of Cargo, Shipping Agencies and Terminal Operators up to final delivery.

Custom Clearance - AIR & SEA

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE We process shipping documents through the Nigeria Customs Services, Shipping companies and Private Bonded Terminals, Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO), Skyway Handling company(SAHCOL) and arrange for the delivery to any destination within the country. We also offer specialized services such as pre-clearance of highly sensitive consignment such as Day old chicks, live animals (Polo Horses) and vaccines. We maintain good and cordial relationship with other government agencies such as NAFDAC, DSS, NDLEA, SON and PLANT QUARANTINE. If required we liaise with bank to raise Form M and follow up with customs for the issuance of Pre-Arrival Assessment Report (PAAR).

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

We provide an advisory service regarding requirements and procedures for importation and exports into and out of Nigeria, obtaining various concessions or exemption in respect of different items. Apply for and obtain special license for import or exports. We open Form M for importation on behalf of our clients.

HAULAGE

We maintain trucks through our haulage contractors that provide for inland haulage of cargo to and from any part of the country. We maintain current and valid Goods In Transit (GIT) insurance cover for all transit cargoes in our custody on demand by client.

PACKAGING AND REMOVAL

We offer house/office to port packaging and removal services for personal or household and office fittings. This service also covers inter and intra city removal and packaging.
